I’m new to the area and I, like everyone else, was looking for a place that did good work and was reasonable. I found it. They do excellent work and are very friendly and helpful. The service consultant, or front desk guy as I call him, was so helpful at every step. He is Eric Fleming. He is very friendly and helpful. I am not real tech savvy and he even helped me apply for a loaner car, They needed information on my insurance on the computer. This guy must put on 20 miles a day on his feet. He is at the front desk, then he is in the shop, then he is in the office, and then he is outside getting the car ready for inspection. Eric, the mechanic who checked my car took me into the auto shop and showed me what had to be done and why. He also wrote up the estimate. Very good service. Then Rich came out and went over the estimate with me. Also very good service. I told them I had to think about it. There was no high pressure. There wasn’t even low pressure. So I decided to trust them and I am glad I did. Then I had a problem with the loaner car. It was my fault not the cars. So I called 360. I told them the problem and Eric F. said he would send someone to help me. I was about 10 minutes away from the shop. In less then 15 minutes Shane, the owner of 360 showed up. In less then 1 minute he had the problem fixed. He was so polite. I apologized for my ignorance and for bothering him. He said it was no bother and he wanted to go for a ride anyway (he came out on his motorcycle). He was very understanding and kept reassuring me that I wasn’t a pain in the butt. So everybody I dealt with there was very helpful and polite. This is where I take my cars from now on.

At first, I wasn’t sure about spending money on diagnostic testing, but it turned out to be completely worth it. The testing was very thorough, accurate and shared pictures. Was initial worried when they “found more,” than I brought the care in for, buy they helped uncover some issues that had been overlooked and would have been more costly later. Rich, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and taken care of the right way. I would definitely recommend.”

“360° Auto Service was excellent to me and has earned my business in the future!

Took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the dealership to have a series of issues fixed under my extended warranty contract. They performed that job and called me to come pick it up on a Friday 3 weeks later. When I got there my Jeep would not start. Mind you it started the day I dropped it off with them. They had to jump start my Jeep in order for me to be able to leave their parking lot. They should have never let me leave under those circumstances. I got home and my Jeep would not start again.

I decided not to take it back to the dealership and instead had it towed to 360° Auto Service that same Friday. I was very happy with the line of communication available as they were in contact with me at least 3 times a day to provide updates and work out the next steps. They handled the warranty company for me also. It was a simple process to apply for financial assistance through the link they provided. And last but not least, they provide a coast-to-coast warranty for all repairs they do with shops all around the country who honor that warranty.

360° Auto Service will be my first stop for all future repairs needed.

“I came in and worked with Eric and Rich and they were incredibly sweet and kind for auto repair people, most auto shops I go to it’s gross and messy and not organized and the people are just in a plain tone. When I came here it was a whole different setting and really neat and organized and the people were dressed up, I felt like I was at a restaurant, this is my first time being here and just the 5 minutes I was there I felt welcomed and the people helped me with whatever I needed.
